These Terms govern your use of goldmindedmgmt.com (the "Site") operated by Gold Minded Management Inc. ("GMM"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Information only
Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or credit advice, and using the Site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you and GMM sign a written services agreement.
Services and payment
Prices on the Site are subject to change. The scope, price, payment schedule, term and cancellation terms for any service are set by your written services agreement, which controls if it conflicts with the Site. Advertising spend, third-party software and other pass-through costs are billed separately unless your agreement says otherwise.
No guarantee of results
GMM does not guarantee any business result, revenue, funding approval, funding amount or credit outcome. GMM is not a lender, broker-dealer or law firm. Funding decisions are made solely by third-party lenders and funders.
Digital products
Digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. They are licensed for the purchaser's own business use and may not be resold, shared or redistributed. Refunds follow the policy stated on each product page.
Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics and logos are owned by GMM and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services (such as Calendly and Gumroad). GMM is not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GMM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
